Visual Studio.NET
2005 The first beta of VS.Net 2005 is
out, and it is time to take a closer look at the new features. This session
will appeal to developers interested in experiencing demonstrations of a variety
of techniques you can leverage to build more powerful and scalable .NET web
applications for the future. Microsoft Developer Community Champion Glen Gordon
will talk about Visual Studio.Net 2005 (codename Whidbey) and the recent beta-1
release. Glen Gordon is
the Developer Community Champion for the Southeast He has been involved with
software development for the past 15 years, both as a trainer and
developer/architect. He wrote instructional material for several versions of
Visual Basic, and he worked on several commercial Internet applications. Prior
to joining Microsoft, Glen was an enterprise consultant for a large
datacenter/system integrator in the southeast. His current passion is mobile
applications. To let off steam, Glen enjoys music, movies, improv comedy and
spending time with his family. He also plays a mean game of table
